Job Title: Sustainability Consultant/Senior Consultant
Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join this Central London consultancy working in their growing sustainability team.
 
A modern, initiative company, they will offer you an excellent opportunity to further your career in sustainability. Established in 1978, with offices now in London, Oxford and Nottingham, they have an excellent reputation for Civil and Structural Engineering across the industry. The company has worked with some of the UK’s leading architects and pride themselves on using the most recent developments in materials and construction techniques. As a result, they have acquired an outstanding project portfolio, which covers all major sectors including residential, commercial, education and healthcare.
 
They have developed a Sustainability team in the London office covering from the conceptual design of projects through to BREEAM certification. They are able to offer clients and colleagues technical support to improve environmental performance of buildings.
 
Key skills
  • Relevant first degree and preferably post-graduate qualification in Energy, Sustainability or similar
  • Qualified Sustainable Homes Assessor – Formal Qualification is required for this role
  • Proven track record in BREEAM assessments
  • EcoHomes Assessment
  • Carbon footprinting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
