With strengths in the energy and renewable energy sectors, the environment and planning team of this highly successfully consultancy is currently seeking a GIS Consultant to join their Newcastle based team. With offices throughout the UK, and services that cover sustainability, technology development, energy, environment and all aspects of the renewable energy industry this is a not to be missed opportunity.

 

Primarily you will be involved with GIS wind farm site finding projects, however involvement in business development activities and also supportive work for other environmental and renewable energy projects will be required.

 

To be successfully in this exciting opportunity the following capabilities are required:

 

•Minimum 3 years GIS project experience

•Excellent Project management capabilities including client liaison

•Excellent communication and report writing skills.

 

Previous experience on wind farm site finding projects would be highly advantageous.
