Graduates who join us on Graduate Development programme will be placed within the Plant Design & Projects (PD&P) group of ETC

 

You will be reporting directly either to the Mechanical & Process Design Manager or the Control Electrical & Instrumentation Design Manager respective of their degrees

 

ABOUT ETC GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME:

 

· 2 years of structured training across ETC sites to obtain the robust knowledge of ETC functions and processes

· 2 further years of practical application of skills and knowledge whilst working in a team

· Appointed mentor and coaching support

· Assistance in chartered status accreditation upon completion of the programme

· Programme is to be accredited by IMechE and IET

· Up to £25 000 per annum plus benefits

· Enrichment Technology UK office is located in Capenhurst nr Chester

 

The programme will require regular travel to other ETC sites at times for a substantial period of time in order to achieve a particular learning objective

 

YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO:

 

· Provide a professional and competent customer design support service including the preparation and verification of design deliverables to meet the customer needs

· Manage and verify sub-contractors design and equipment supply deliverables via design and safety reviews and functional testing

· Assure compliance with appropriate International Standards

· Support site installation testing and commissioning

· Produce detailed technical specifications and designs

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

· Educated to degree level (preferably 2:1 honours) in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification and willingness to become a Chartered Engineer

· A well organised ambitious and motivated individual you will also need strong teamwork excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills

· As our clients’ sites are based globally you will be flexible and open to future development opportunities abroad

· IT literacy in Microsoft packages essential

· An ability to speak French Dutch or German in addition to English would be an advantage
