Senior Reservoir / Petroleum Engineer
 
Description: Gaffney, Cline and Associates (GCA) has earned a reputation as a pre-eminent provider of technical and commercial expertise to the oil and gas industry with over forty years of experience. We have offices in the UK, Singapore, Houston, Buenos Aires, Sydney and Moscow.
 
We are looking to recruit outstanding Senior Reservoir/Petroleum Engineering professionals with extensive industry experience. The specific discipline requirements are:
To provide reservoir engineering input to multi-disciplinary projects, including field development planning, reservoir performance analysis, reserves estimation and auditing, etc
To conduct reservoir engineering studies of all kinds using appropriate, state-of-the-art techniques including reservoir simulation, material balance, decline curve analysis, well test analysis, PVT and SCAL data analysis.
 
Main Responsibilities:
Excellent academic record
Proven track record in industry comprising at least 12 years of relevant experience
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams as a 'hands-on' contributor, primary Technical Advisor and / or Project Manager
Excellent communication skills combined with high quality report-writing skills
To clearly advise clients on technical matters, often at a senior level
To support other colleagues and to mentor the development of less experienced professionals.
