The principal responsibilities of this post include:

• Database population and development
• Data recovery, screening and appending
• Site visits
• Power performance testing
• Monthly report writing
• Proposal and report writing

Essential criteria

• HND or above in engineering, computing, maths or  technology based subject
• Technically competent
• Competence in computer programming, preferably using PHP/MySQL
• Competent user of main Microsoft packages
• Competence in reading and understanding standards and specifications.
• Reliability and good organisational skills are paramount.
• You should have excellent communication skills, coupled with a flexible and proactive approach to work to thrive in this busy team.
• Valid Driving Licence for use with in UK

The successful candidate will have a reasonable knowledge of databases and will be competent in the use of programming languages such as PHP and MySQL. An interest in renewable energy and/or sustainability is desirable.  The company is growing rapidly and offers excellent long-term career prospects.

Hours: 37 hours per week. Occasional evenings to attend meetings
Holidays: 23 days and 9 public holidays
Contract: Permanent after 3 month probationary period
