Service Technician (Wind Farms)

Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of wind turbines employing over 2000 staff throughout the UK, Europe and Far East. 

Due to continued planned expansion and growth our client is now looking to recruit a Service Technician to work from their offices based in Edinburgh, Scotland.  Candidates wishing to apply for the role of Wind Farm Service Technician must be qualified to HNC level in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have previous experience working in a servicing/maintenance role.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for the servicing and maintenance of wind farms in the Falkirk and Stirling areas and the role will be mainly site based.

Our client is looking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated Service Technician that can be flexible with regards to overtime hours. In return our client is able to offer a competitive salary of between £23,000-£26,000 plus paid overtime and bonus.
