Our expanding Construction department are looking for Geotechnical Engineer to be based in the North of England or Edinburgh.

 

Providing support to the development, engineering and construction teams across the UK and Ireland, duties would include :

 

• Design, procurement and management of site investigations.

• Soil and Rock Logging

• Production of Factual Reports

• Geotechnical Assessment of preliminary site designs and design solutions.

• Phase 1 Geo Environmental Assessments

• Geotechnical Designs to EC7 for Wind Turbine Foundations, and other structures.

• Geotechnical Assessment of formation strata, slopes and cuttings during construction.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a relevant engineering degree and 2-3 years engineering experience in a site investigations or geotechnical engineering.
