The Energy market is booming and we are currently recruiting a number of Commissioning Engineers to join our Siemens Transmission and Distribution Energy Sector.
Your key responsibilities will be to undertake and final commissioning on a wide range of plant and equipment at various voltage levels including fault investigation, diagnostic activities and rectification of faults within their competence. You will need to provide technical support and direction, within their competence, to Siemens T&D Project Team members, including the application of technical standards, in addition to undertake commissioning activities to customer specification on the range of plant and equipment within their competence including completion of appropriate test documentation.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
- Experience working as a Commissioning Engineer within the electricity supply Industry.
- Knowledge of working safely or equivalent i.e. Safety Passport.
- HNC / Degree in electrical engineering.
- To be in possession of NG TP141 training authorisation
